Take Control of Your Weight – Here’s How!

Before requesting a course of Generic Phentermine or some other weight loss pill from your doctor, here are five suggestions about how you can try to take control of your weight today:

  1. Get physical – if your corner store is a block away, don’t jump in the car to go there. WALK.
  2. Plan to do regular physical activities – whether simply walking around the block every other day or actually joining a running or workout club … do something, and no, lying in the sofa doesn’t count!
  3. Make an effort to eat healthy. Forget the fast food, it’s satisfying your hunger, but also making you fat and unhealthy. There are lots of healthy options for you to consider, and no, you don’t need to go vegetarian in order to do this.
  4. Get a skipping rope. You probably skipped a bit when you were a child. Do you remember how? Try it.
  5. Find a like-minded person who you can be close to and try to motivate each other.
